Just a few words to say how pleased we were with the service received by your company.
Having struggled with an aging PC and a laptop with a mind of its own for some time ! It was a godsend to meet someone who could provide us with a prompt solution to our business and residential needs in one package.
The new PC is superb and allows us to work far more efficiently and certainly a lot faster ! (The dual screen idea was brilliant!) It's also reassuring to know that our data is now backed up so we no longer run the risk of losing it - It's always one of those things that you say you're going to get around to doing, but never do - until it's too late.
The laptop is finally behaving with the simple & low cost solution of just replacing the fan, not sure why this was not picked up by the shop when I originally gave it in for repair.
